Thanks to some informative fans, I've found out where and when the cast of the HYD movie will film in Las Vegas!
The dates are February 19th and 20th
at the New Orleans hotel.
I heard that on the 19th it will just be Jun and Mao, but on the 20th the whole F4 cast will be there. 

I already know that a lot of fans from Cali are planning to go.  I'm all the way up in Seattle.
But please American fans. Gather up and show the love!  We should start contacting each other.

If you're wondering whether this information is reliable or not, since that's the first thing I thought.  The HYD/Jun fan told me that she actually found a person that works in the hotel and that has all the information on the shooting and such.  She is actually the supervisor of the filming.  I will TRY and get more details later and post them on my LJ. ** In the meantime, start thinking about what we should do/say to Jun.  It's fine if you can't go, we should come with an idea together to represent all American/International fans.

Of course the last thing I, along with other fans that are going, want is to interrupt their shooting and bother them.  Well in my case at least, if I do go.  I guess I should've been careful with wording that sentence, and I'm sorry if I had caused worry for other fans. I was thinking more along the lines of making a poster or something for them to see that they are known in America. Not just Arashi, but HYD as well. I don't want to neglect the other cast members.  Because if we just stand there watching, they'll probably just assume that we're there out of curiosity.  So ideas for signs or posters would be good for Jun and the cast to see.  Our fandom doesn't need to be expressed in screaming and yelling but in writing and art. With that settled, please put a little more trust in the fans that are planning to go. They have no intention of setting a bad example.

Um, how about nothing? Please please please don't set a bad example by bothering him, the other actors, and the staff while they're working. (or especially while they're on break!) Their schedule is busy enough as it is. ;__; It will give them a bad impression of American fans and ruin it for the rest of us. What's wrong with just standing to the side and watching quietly, like we're supposed to? They'll still get the message that we're fans.

The actors and film staff has incredibly busy schedules. Standing on the side, and out of the way.... and probably only staying for a SHORT amount of time would be polite. It still sends the message of "We are fans" without being obnoxious (that wouldn't be the groups' intention, but that would be the impression if people went up to them on breaks, and/or while they are working).

It's hard work filming a drama, and I don't know if you would be allowed to go on location anyways.... security, etc. So, yes. Silent support would be best, in my opinion.

Although it'd kinda be hilarious to watch, it'd be horrible for the staff & cast members if a load of fans just suddenly ambushed the film set or something.

THANK YOU. Shouting cheers at him would ruin the shot and make his long days even longer, and trying to get close and talk to him might make unnecessary security problems. It's best to stand at the side (hell, bring uchiwa, then he'll know why you're there) but be quiet and respectful and SATISFIED with getting to see him fairly up-close in your home country. PLEASE.

I'm sure they would be very flattered if you were just there (if you can even do that) so try not to bother them. They are only there for 2 days so I'm sure that's a LOT OF FILMING to do in such a short amount of time.

They'll get the message & appreciate it a lot more if you just stay off to the side & not interfere with filming & the actors/staff. We want them to come back & not be freaked out when they leave. :D

They're in Vegas for two weeks, but at this particular hotel for two days. It was originally supposed to be three, but because of money issues they crammed three days of filming into two. They're probably going to be working nonstop and don't need any distractions. and yes, if they ever decide to film "Hana Yori Dango Finale Part 2" or whatever, we want them to feel like America would be a great place to go back to. ♥

I didn't mean to sound angry or anything, just a little paranoid. xD It's 100% true that I don't trust other fans when it comes to not stirring up a commotion, especially if there's going to be a large group of them coming. No,no it's okay! I didn't intend for you to feel bad. It's true that all fans aren't the same, so we can't do anything about it. As long as some understand the results, it's okay.
XD Baking Domyouji cookies...it'd be hilarious if the fans were just snacking on those while the cast members pass by. lol

When you say signs, is something like this (http://img265.imageshack.us/img265/3325/hanadansignbj2.png) what you had in mind? Boredom always leads to fooling around in photoshop. 8D You can print it out and use it if you want, but I'd discourage making any signs bigger than standard printer paper size/uchiwa size. They might ask us to leave for being too distracting. A lot of the outdoor filming that's open to the public seems to be done at night, so it might be a waste anyway.

All the specific times and places are listed in the link. (See user "Luchs" posts.) It says on the 19th they'll be filming inside one of the hotel's restaurant (therefore no spectators) from 3~5PM and then outside in the public after that, so you might not miss anything! ♥
