Questions (book and photobook)

Hello ^^ sorry to bother everybody, but I just wanted some information on this book:

Anyone knows anything about it? Is it some kind of official manga?

And as I'm already writing, I'd like to know your opinion about he (unofficial) Otakara photobook. Has anyone seen it yet? Is it worth the 12 euros they want?

this is no manga, it's an Episode book. With some chibis and stuff about arashi.. fun stuff I think ... not very sure but lots of writing XD

it's an episode guide. If I got the concept properly it's stories written by peopelt hat work with Arashiu backstage. They talk about funny things that happen and often use little drawings. but it's not all the time in drawing just sometimes
