Rumors are saying. ((Because they DID make the PV!))
That it will release with the next Arashi Best of Album.

I'm thinking sometime this holiday season/spring 2008?

Or they'll hold off for their 10th year. ((Which I think is a bit of a long wait. So I would learn more toward the holidays!))
