Early Xmas BBQ / Gathering / SleepOver in Singapore

Hi Everybody
this post applies to any fans /friends that are in Singapore on 19th & 20th Dec 07

I want to plan an early xmas BBQ chalet gathering but I need to make sure that a certain number of people will be able to turn up for this event.
I would like to plan this early so that we would be able to get a place during the peak season.
