Question: Concerts and tickets for Japan (esp. Tokyo)

I´m cross-posting this to some communities because I really have absolutely now idea who I should ask and where I should look for information so gomen ne! m(-_-)m


What I want to know is where can I get information about upcoming concerts (especially for August and September) of bands like NEWS, Arashi or KAT-TUN?
Are there sites in English?
And how / where to buy tickets etc.?
