nyanchan
capncosmo (lj suspended. dw account still around, though inactive)
winkychan (i can't remember if she's a subber or translator or both)
arashitengoku
jliann (i can't remember if she translated ANS episodes or the "making of" accounts on the staffers' blogs)
Probability is high that the translation you used comes from one of those people. I don't have time to search their LJs/DWs to find out. I advise you to do so by yourself to give them due credit.
There may have been more people who translated ANS back in those days, but these are the ones I remember.
NOTES
LJ = livejournal
DW = dreamwidth
[EDIT]
Again, I repeat, I don't have time to download your timed sub to check whose translation you're using, but a quick google search of "Arashi no Shukundai translation" AND then searching for the correct episode number, date and guest, it will seen it is MOST LIKELY that Arashitengoku translated it. Evidence is here http://arashitengoku.livejournal.com/3076.html
I give you pictorial proof of my google search (http://i.imgur.com/3Tnf8dB.png). The source that I suspect you used is circled in red.
I suggest that you conduct such searches on your own in the future, if you want to time/sub again and happen to be using a translation from someone you don't recall. Google is your friend and such a search is really done at the snap of the fingers.
Because I don't have time to confirm if Arashitengoku is the source you used, I suggest you look at your subs and compare it to source link I provided above to make sure. If it is indeed the correct translation, I strongly encourage you to name him/her as your source for the translation.

Date: 2015-01-30 07:25 pm (UTC)I hope that Arashitengoku is your source and that you did use his/her translation of this ANS episode (http://arashitengoku.livejournal.com/3076.html).
