Joining the FC

Hello Arashians,

I want to join Arashi fan club but to do so , I need a post office account in japan
I don't live there nor know anyone who does
can someone help me about that, maybe lend me his post account which I won't ask for it for free of course, and I will pay my joining fee regularly, or suggest any other way, I'm so desperate to become a member T^T

From what I gathered, all you need are Japanese address, Japanese phone number, a paid email account and someone who will go to the post office for your membership.. I don't think you need a post office account or if those actually exist.
