Hey, just a question about getting concert tickets/joining Johnny's fan club.

I'm in Tokyo for a year studying at uni, and naturally I'd love to go to as many JE concerts as possible...but if I've understood it correctly, you have to sign up separately for each group? Is anyone here part of the fanclub/knows someone who is? Do you know how many tickets you can apply for under one membership? So like, would I be able to go with someone else, under their membership for example?

Also, how does it work with events such as Countdown concert, Sports days, Playzone etc?

Lastly, the membership is for a whole year I assume, so, is there a way that when I leave I can just cancel it? I live in a dorm and don't want to inconvenience the landlord with letters turning up once I've left .____.''

Many Many Thanks in Advance~

I don't really know much, as far as I know you do have to sign-up separately for each group; and I remember reading once before that you can apply for 4 tickets(MAX.) under 1 name. Ah, and yes, you may be able to go with someone else, like for example, your friend won a ticket then she gave/sold a ticket to you, vice versa.

Yup you have to apply separately to each JE group.
Max 4 tix per person/ballot (per concert). Yes you can go with someone else.
I don't know about cancelling membership but you don't get anything besides the FC pamphlets in the mail anyway....

For Arashi, they will send you mail/emails to the email address you sign up with (I'm not sure if it HAS to be a keitai email, mine is though - but you MUST have a valid Japanese mobile number to sign up for FC) and from those you get the details on how to ballot for TV show audience/events etc Idk about Countdown.

You can find complete instructions (in english!) on the Johnny's Net website.

Once your membership has been confirmed, you'll be able to login to the Johnny's Fanclub website and it contains all the information about balloting for concerts, tv shows and special events.

If you leave in a year and don't renew, they probably won't send anything further after your membership has expired.

just a note, all the information in the membership parts of the page is japanese only. At least I have not found an "english" button yet.

No, there is no english version of the Johnny's Fanclub website. I use google chrome for my browser so when my Japanese fails me, I tell it to translate the page into English. It's not perfect, obviously, but close enough.

Each group has an own fanclub, if you want to ballot by yourself, you'd need membership. Please mind that the initial membership fee is 5000 yen (4000yen annual fee + 1000 yen initial administrative fee) for each fanclub you apply to.
4 tickets per ballot (as said before).
you can ask someone else to ballot for more than one ticket and then you can get a ticket from them.

Also, if the membership expires it expires and you won't be sent anything after that.
