I can't seem to find this one anywhere (the links are all dead ç___ç ), so I wanted to know if anyone have the Mago Mago Arahi #15 with eng subs if possible and could upload it, please?

Mine is from Stormy as well but sadly, I can't reupload without Stormy's permission. Especially with them, as they have really strict rules. :/ Try e-mailing them and letting them know that the links are dead.

According to stormy's rules, when any of their links are dead, you should do the following:
1 - take down the show name, show episode, show episode, episode details (who is the guest), the link to that subbed episode on Stormy team’s LJ.
2 - Once you have done that, go to ALL their reupload lists entries (http://stormy-team.livejournal.com/tag/!!%20reuploads). Check if what you want has been re-uploaded in any of these lists.
3 - If they are not, go to Stormy team LJ profile page (http://stormy-team.livejournal.com/profile) and read it very, very carefully as to how to contact them.
4 - you will see an email address somewhere. Email the mods at that address and tell them about the dead link with all the details (i.e., the show name, show episode, show episode, episode details (who is the guest), the link to that subbed episode on).
5 - It can take several months. Please be patient.
