Summary:

Oh, it's normal, really. MU has been really strange lately and it most people who use it for d/loading have exactly the same problem as you do. I have to try opening the page at least 10 times before it works. Sometimes I have to wait a day or two. You should do the same thing. I'm sure it'll work! ^_^
