Where to buy Arashi Time Con in Japan?

Hey guys! I have an uncle who is going to Japan on the 15th and I'm thinking of asking him to buy me Arashi's Time Con DVD over there. Is there a place aside from the JE Shops where he can buy them? You know like local video stores inside shopping malls? I would appreciate it if some of you could give names of stores. And how much is it if you get it in yen? Thanks very much! Hope someone could help me! :D

This is my first post in the comm but is a lurker for the longest time ^_^ I don't know if this question has been asked already but I want to know what the difference is between the Summer Tour 2007 Final Time DVD JAPAN and Hong Kong version aside from the DVD region? Are the contents the same and can i buy either one of them?
