Translation: Nino's solo song "1992*4##111"

Hello,

I'm not sure if there are translations of this song floating around somewhere or not but I checked and saw that at least it hasn't been posted on this community yet.

Actually I translated this for my Mom because she wanted to know what the song was about, so I figured I should share it since I translated it anyway.
