It's what Nino said to Aiba at the end when he said that the kanji to represent this year for Arashi should be "嵐", lol. Basically 爆発的に = "explosively" and 頭が悪い = "stupid", hehe :D I seriously cracked up when he said it, lol. Nino's tsukkomi is the best xD

LOL! poor aiba-chan ^^; i never knew being stupid can be 'explosive' XD but now we know, don't we? XD

but i def agree with aiba-chan that this year's kanji should be "嵐" ^_^

Yeah, I've never heard anyone use the phrase "explosively stupid", hehe, and neither had Aiba it seems. He was like "I've never been called explosively stupid before in my life", lol. But after Nino said that Aiba was like "But I thought I just said something really good." And then Nino was like "Really, oh, I'm sorry", hehe, it was cute. And then the press conference ended right after that conversation so MatsuJun was like "This is how we're going to end it!?". Anyway, it was cute :D (And I used the word "like" way to many times in this explanation. I feel like a valley girl, hehe)

But yeah, I think my kanji for this year is definitely 嵐 :D
