嵐 CHALLENGE ★ week

I'm sure many of you have heard about Arashi Challenge Week already, but today Johnny's Net was updated with a preliminary list of the shows that Arashi will be appearing in! Again I thought people might be interested, so I thought I'd post the info.

For those of you who haven't heard about it, Arashi Challenge Week is a project that NihonTV (Channel 4, where Arashi no Shukudai-kun is broadcast) is doing. It will be the week of 10/25 - 11/1. The idea is Arashi (and sometimes the members separately) will be appearing on a total of over 50 hours of shows on NihonTV during this week. And the finale of this project will be a 3 hour jikken and live special! (meaning Odoroki no Arashi, plus a live performance of some kind)

A list of the shows they will be appearing on has started, but there will be much more to come. I'll put the list under an LJ-cut for those people who aren't interested. I'll include the titles in Japanese as well.

"Arashi's 10 year masterpieces! All at once Special!!"
These will be the showings of classic Arashi TV shows chosen by the viewers. The clips will be from "Mayonaka no Arashi", "C no Arashi!", "D no Arashi!" and "G no Arashi!" (The times might be confusing since Japan uses 24hour time, but yes, these are all in the middle of the night. For example the first one, Monday at 27:30 is 3:30am on Monday night/Tuesday morning. I'm going to get no sleep during this week.)

*Note: As announced on this weeks episode of Arashi no Shukudai-kun, there will be an experiment that all the viewers are asked to participate in! Possibly the first ever 3D Live Performance! In order to participate please make your 3D glasses ahead of time. It's simple, just use some thick paper, and red and blue cellophane. Cut the paper about 5cm x 20cm, then cut holes for the eyes. Put the red cellophane on the left eye and the blue on the right. If you don't have time to make the glasses, you can find some in the 10/28 issue of TV LIFE. Please participate to see if Arashi can really jump out of your TV screen~!

I wouldn't mind if you'd spam the community, so long as you're alright with it. An immediate update is not needed (I'm not demanding anything~), you could wait a couple of days and then post a list if you like. Or, you could update this post, whatever suits you is fine~

Actually I am not sure, hmmm. It doesn't specifically say Aiba underneath, like for example ｢行列のできる法律相談所｣ says that Nino will be guesting. So, it's possible that it means they are all guesting? But then again, they might just assume everyone knows that Aiba is the one on it. I'll let you know if the list is updated with who will be on what show, or if I see a commercial on TV or something for it. I hope it's all of them too~~!!

(And hmm, it shouldn't be daylight savings right now, right? The time already went back, didn't it? Gosh, I dont even know, lol. Well, right now my clock says it's 5:00pm in Japan, and 1:00am in California, so if you're on the west coast TSD would be on at 3:00am. Just curious, how do you watch it live? Do you get all Japanese TV or just some channels?)
