So, I'm pretty sure there is nobody that lives in Nebraska here, but I am going to Omaha for a Anime Convention in November. I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any stores that sold anything relating to Arashi. If you do, please let me know! :D

Your best chance is actually going to be at the anime convention itself, if they have a Dealers Room. At other anime conventions, it's been my experience that the various vendors gathered there also sell Jrock/Jpop cds, posters and magazines, along with other anime goods. If it's a small convention, don't expect a great selection.
Outside of the convention, you should be able to find things that have had a US release (Nino's Letters from Iwo Jima, and Tekkonkinkreet, Sho's Honey Clover, Kisarazu movies etc.) in some of the bigger book stores like Barnes & Nobel, and Boarders. Though I haven't been able to actually visit yet,'Aki Oriental Food and Gifts' is mostly a Japanese grocery store, but there is a slim possibility that they'll have bootlegs of Japanese programs, and an even slimmer chance that they'll have magazines.
It's unfortunate but pickings are incredibly thin for Arashi fans in the midwest. Hopefully other stores have opened since my last jaunt to Omaha, so it's always worth a look in the phonebook when you get there.
Have fun at your convention, and good luck finding Arashi goods!
