NYC Comic Con Roomies

Hello, everyone! :D

Like a lot of you fine folks, my friend & I are coming up to New York for Comic Con (or, as we have dubbed it, SHOCON 2009). We plan to stay in a hotel that's a reasonable distance away & were wondering if anyone would like to room with us or is in need of people to help split costs. We will be flying in Thursday & (maybe) leaving Sunday morning.

Multiple people in a hotel room does not bother us... we are anime con hotel veterans LOL.

Well, a friend and I are also headed up there and do not yet have a hotel. I'm interested, but I would have to check with her first to see if she doesn't mind :D

If anyone chimes in before me with a solid response, then I guess there's nothing I can do about that. But I'm going to try to get a hold of her as soon as possible.

That's great! I'm so glad we won't be alone in NYC >XD
I'm at work at the moment (not really supposed to be on here lol) so I have to make this brief lol. ^ ^;; So far my friend hasn't picked the hotel yet, but we've been able to find some good ones that would come out to less that $90/person.

As soon as I get home & get more info from her, I'll let you know the plans thus far. <3

Ok, so everything is done... finally XD

I went ahead & emailed you a copy of the hotel reservation. We're staying at the Holiday Inn on West 57th. It's a few blocks away from the theater where they are having the premier. What luck! :DDD

With the 4 of us so far, it will be 91.79 each. There was someone else who asked, but wasn't sure if you guys would be ok with a 5th person (don't worry, ya'll have dibs on the bed lol).

Are you guys flying in or driving? Our flight lands in JFK at 3:59 pm.

Bad news! At the last moment, potetofurai backed out! I'm still completely interested in going... but I thought I'd let you know.

Since she won't be going, I'll have to fly in instead of our original plans of taking the bus together (as I feel the bus is a bit unsafe for a girl my age to travel alone in).

I defnitely don't mind however many people can fit! Whatever will make it cheaper, now that I have to fly up..

We should be able to fit you in the room LOL. I'll ask the others if they're ok with an extra person. It should be fine since most hotels have those extra fold out beds you can ask for. (:
