After you've read the guide, you can use the below Registration Form to formally sign yourself up for the event! When you sign up, you are entitled to:

 

A badge commemorating your participation

Prizes for the games and contests throughout the day

Aiba-Cake!

Methods of Registration

1. Print the registration form out and fill in your information. Then, scan and email your completed form to arashifanmeet@gmail.com. This method is preferred as it'll have a signature on it as well.

 

2. Download the .doc version of the form and type in your information. Attach the completed form to an email and send it to arashifanmeet@gmail.com.

 

All e-mails should include the subject, "Registration."

Please DO NOT paste the form information into an e-mail and send it.

If either of these methods are truly an issue, please contact us at arashifanmeet@gmail.com and we can glady arrange a seperate submission style.

sounds like alot of fun.....unfortunate i live in New York and i read its between 15-25yrs of age and im 27 even though people tell me that i dont look it -____-''...have fun though be sure to have some pics up

To clarify, potential attendees were surveyed and Age Range was one of the questions. So that range of ages is who is PROJECTED to be there, not who's ALLOWED. Sorry for the confusion ^^

I want to go! I really do, but I live in NorCal, so it's a pretty far drive, and right before Christmas is hard because 1. I won't have much money and 2. I will most likely have to work that day and I can't ask for it off. I heard that there was a fanmeet in the works but I was hoping it would be in January. Alas. :(

=/ Sorry, I had to try and go by what dates most attendees told me would work best for them and 1) weekend and 2) during winter break was what I was mainly told. Then I had to keep in mind that everyone's breaks start at different times but the five days or so before Christmas usually are always avaliable. So in theory, I didn't have much to work with. T_T Fan gatherings are always hard to plan though 'cause you can only accompany for so many. I always feel really bad in the end. ^^;;

Yeah, I understand. ^_^'' I was actually kind of figuring it'd end up that way, since even though I'm in college and I don't have school until like mid-January, the high schools start back up right after New Years... :/ Maybe it's for the best that I can't go, because I don't even want to think about what traffic will be like that day.

Sorry if I'm late as I just saw this info. not too long ago. I was wondering if there's any deadline on submitting the application? I'd love to go, but I hope it's not too late to turn in everything. Anyways, thank you for your help. :D
