the 2nd part that you have is from episode 23 of hna. the 1st part that zanekong listed is from episode 21 of hna. if you're actually talking about the 1st part of episode 23 itself, it hasn't been subbed at all. dvampyrlestat only subbed the haunted house parts for both episodes. hope this is helpful. =)
