so...in my ongoing quest for Arashi knowledge, i have come across PIKA*NCHI. I googled it and found that it's a film that all the guys were in but that's as far as the information went and the sorry state of my Japanese prevents me from getting any further. (T_T)
Can anyone shed any light on this for me?! Please! (^-^)

Hmm...I only watched the making of it...it's basically about a group of very different guys becoming frens and the trials they go through...the thing that cracks me up is that Sho has this great stiff puffy high up hair and behaves like a thug...you can get it off jpopsuki...but I don't think there are any seeders at the moment.

i think there are two films, PIKANCHI Life is hard Dakedo Happy, and PIKANCHI Life is hard dakara happy.

I've got the first one and the making of the first one but I haven't watched either yet.

Pika*nchi: Life is Hard Dakedo Happy is the first film in which all five guys starred in together. It's supposedly a biographical account of Yoshihiko Inocchi (a member of V6) from his childhood days to his early Jr. days before V6 was formed. I found the movie to be a bit different... from what I can tell, it's about five childhood friends from a small town who will graduate from high school soon and wanted to do something adventurous.

The movie was filmed in 2002, and there's a sequel to it called Pika**nchi: Life is Hard Dakara Happy that was released in 2004, basically following up on the guys after five years has passed ^^

Hope that helps!

I've been wanting to watch this movie for some time now since watching the PVs for the songs, but does anyone know if it's subbed somewhere? It doesn't matter if they're .srt or typed out in word format - I would really just like to know what's being said! (although I'm sure the boys' acting will make up for what I don't get XP)
