Hey guys! We're fast nearing the 100 member mark, so I thought I'd type up a little survey-type thing for us to get to know each other better ^^ I know the people who joined this community range from complete newbies to people who've been fans for years, so I've tried to compile different questions so everyone can have a go in answering. You don't have to answer all the questions, of course (though that would be awesome XD); just try the ones you feel comfortable in answering!

I liked this performance where KATTUN were their backing dancers... It was really impressive

oh wow..which performance is this?? I really would want to see, coz Sho and Kame both rock my socks big time so the 2 of them in one performance is just bound to be HAWT!^^ can you point a particular event in which they dance with kattun?

plus, I've been nursing this wierd, wierd, idea that Jun should go and be with Kame since I watch JSD'03 for no apparent reason

Who sings blue?

It starts off with a nino solo which slides into an ohno solo, then all of them together. ( i hear ohno and aiba a lot in the chorus part even though I think its supposed to be them all.. lol)

Next comes Jun's solo after the chorus, followed by Ohno again, and all of them again for the rest of the song.

I"m like 95% sure when it comes to the solo's (picking them out by ear) and for the chorus it may not be all of them singing.

5. When/How did you start liking them? Something about their music... I dunno... I think Pikanchi was the first recent song I had heard, and really really liked it...
6. Who is your favourite member? Why? Aiba!! I like his personality and his voice. I love the way he sings *_* Though I really like the way he acts in the Mago Mago and D no arashi episodes ^_^ Oh and his hair!! I always love what he does with it *_*
7. Who is your least favourite member? Why? eh don't really have one. If I HAD to pick one, prolly Nino... but I couldn't explain why... I kind of like them all equally after Aiba o.o;
8. Why do you like this group in particular?
1. Their music. I love the music they sing.
2. The dancing. For some reason, I really like to watch groups sing and dance at the same time ^^;; All of my favorite jpop groups can sing and dance c.c;
3. Their personalities. I LOVE watching them backstage... they are really funny and do the silliest things ^_^ Though, this also shows on mago mago/d no arashi
4. Their talent. I find it interesting how each member has something they can do really well outside singing.

9. Which is your favourite song? Kansha Kangeki Ame Arashi... but I go back and forth with a number of songs, but for now we'll say that one ^_^; I like it because it is such a happy song ^_^ And since it was written for their fans.... I dunno, lots of reasons I love this song ^_^
10. Which is your least favourite song? Blue o.O I can't stand the beginning of the song. I have nothing against Nino's voice... but come on, he can do so much better.
11. Which is your favourite PV? Pikanchi Double. Hands down. I LOVE this PV... every single part of it. But my favorite is the middle when they all have solos and each member fades in and out *_*
12. Which is your least favourite PV? eh don't really have one....

Part B

13. Which is your favourite tour and why? How's it Going? The stage was so much better than Iza Now. I was really disappointed in that aspect of Iza Now. I also preferred the costumes as well as the dances in How's it Going. And not that this has anything to do with anything, but it really bothered me that Nino always had a headset in Iza Now o.O it was odd... I was kinda mad till I noticed that he had a bandage around his thumb, then I felt sorry for him ;.;
14. Any favourite choreographed dances from their songs: Pikanchi Double, Right back to you, 15th Moon, Kotoba Yorimo Taisetsu na Mono... I'll stop there ^_^;

From... huh? ^^;; Um. After watching Stand Up!! which was... earlier this year~
5. When/How did you start liking them?
I was browsing Jdorama.com, because I'm sad and pathetic, and I noticed Nino was in Arashi. I was all "@.@;;??" for awhile because he didn't seem much like a singer to me ^^;; ...and so I found songs to sample in my spare time. And so I haven't really gotten my spare time back yet ^^;;
6. Who is your favourite member? Why?
Somewhere between Aiba and MatsuJun ^^;; AIBAJUN! Aiba because he springy and he has the strangest ideas, and then MatsuJun because he's a really good actor and I like his clothes :D
7. Who is your least favourite member? Why?
I don't think I have one @.@;; Sometimes, Sho annoys me because it's like... yeah ^^;; But I don't dislike him ^-^
8. Why do you like this group in particular?
Because when I was confused, we spent the unchanging days together their songs are too too catchy, their voices sound nice together... and their songs are too catchy >.>; Arashi for dream. >.>

9. Which is your favourite song? (Please list a maximum number of 3 songs) "Kotoba Yori Taisetsu na Mono", "A.RA.SHI" and probably "Naisu na Kokoroiki" ^^;; Definitely Kobayori, though ^-^
b) (Optional) Why? "Kobayori" is fun, and it was the theme song for Stand Up!! and the meaning is really sweet and pretty ^-^ "A.RA.SHI" for dream. ^-^ And "Naisu na Kokoroiki" is the song you can listen to anytime, anywhere~ :D
10. Which is your least favourite song? (Please list a maximum number of 3 songs) "PIKANCHI".
b) (Optional) Why? Can't remember really. :x I downloaded it once, I didn't like it and I deleted it. :x

b) (Optional) Why? "A.RA.SHI" for dream. ^-^ "Tomadoinagara" is really pretty and artistic and I like all the colors or lack thereof ^-^ And "Naisu na Kokoroiki" is cool because there's nothing like the electric slide at work!! I like the theme... ^-^
12. Which is your least favourite PV? (Please list a maximum number of 3 songs) "a Day in Our Life" and "PIKANCHI DOUBLE".
b) (Optional) Why? "a Day in Our Life" is all... 1980s. XD The effects kinda freak me out and the swirly technicolor stuff need to stop XD; "PIKANCHI DOUBLE" is just a really boring video with nice shots, I guess ^^;; I like the song, but the video has nothing :x

Iza, Now. Because it's the only one I've barely seen ^^;;

3. How long have you been a fan of Arashi? since around april or may of this year.
4. When did you first hear about them? after i had become a MatsuJun fangirl i was talking to i believe anepotter and she asked me if i'd seen his band. i told her i hadn't so she sent me a performance of Sakura Sake, from there i downloaded all the PV's and yeah it all snowballed after that.
5. When did you start liking them? it took a little while for me to not think of american boybands when i looked at them. it was really because phasera started to get into all the PV's and made me do the same. we kinda helped each other slid into insanity.
6. Who is your favourite member? Why? Jun. because it was his acting that caught my eye at first, then his dancing, then his personality, then all the little things i see that i have in common with him. i fall in love with him a little more everyday. XD
7. Who is your least favourite member? Why? Nino. i find him to be irritating and bothersome. i don't like the way i see him treat his band members, and i think he looks awkward and out of place most of the time.
8. Why do you like this group in particular? i have to agree with phasera, it's their group dynamic that really draws me to them. they seem like a group of guys that i would love to be friends with. the kind that you could just sit around with all day playing video games and laughing at each other because you're so comfortable together. that really makes them more like normale people then like idols, and i really love that.

10. Which is your least favourite song? do the Nino solos count? cause i really don't dislike any of them, but i guess maybe Lose Bearing is a song i always skip on my playlist (cause i just skipped it now XD)

13. Which is your favourite tour and why? hmmm though one... Iza, Now. because it has the best solos and they sing Right Back to You and i've watched that part like a million times.

- First crush? Jun or Sho. both seem like the guys i would have been sitting behind in class staring at and mooning over but never being brave enough to talk to.
- Fling? Aiba... whoa yeah i don't really know where that came from but it's true! i would love a fling with Aiba!
- Boyfriend? oooh... Ohno, Sho or Jun. yeah okay it's hard to pick! Jun because omg i LOVE him and we have a lot in common. Sho because he would make a sweet boyfriend. and Ohno cause omg i know he would have me always laughing and looking at his funny pictures. XD
- Husband? Jun. yeah i LOVE jun... and i would give anything to marry a guy who does photography as a hobby! plus did i mention i LOVE him?

6. Who is your favourite member? Why? Aiba, he is so carefree and childlike, but then he is also smart...think about it, some of those experiments he does for A no Arashi are really creative
7. Who is your least favourite member? Why? Sho, he just seems a little stiff sometimes, but I still love Sho <3

1.A.Ra.Shi because it just never gets old to me. I can put it on and flash back to the pv and laugh. It is just a happy song.
2. Hitomi no naka no Galaxy because it is a really sweet song and they sing it with such emotion.
3.A day in Our Life basically for the same reasons that I like A.Ra.Shi. It never gets old and I like to put it on and pretend I am Sho.
10. Which is your least favourite song? (Please list a maximum number of 3 songs)
b) (Optional) Why?
1.I don't remember the name right now, but it was on Iza, Now...I just didn't like the beat. Actually I don't know the names to any of the Arashi songs I don't like because I rarely listen to them.

b) (Optional) Why?
1.A Day in Our Life because it looks so ghetto. It looks like they shot it in one of those make your own music videos at carowinds.
2. Hadashi no Mirai because they are so cute. I love them singing in the bathtub and just hanging out in a hotel room. And I love Aiba's red pants, o he is so hot in this pv.
3.Nice na Kokoro iki because they are so cute in their little suits. The dancing is cute and I like how Jun puts a little extra flare into his dancing when he is in the back because it catches my eye.
12. Which is your least favourite PV? (Please list a maximum number of 3 songs)
b) (Optional) Why?
Pikanchi Double because I just didn't like their outfits and when they were on the roof it seemed like the sun was shining in their face and they were squinting. And then when they were I don't even know what that was, it was kind of western. Just not good outfits for me in the pv.

13. Which is your favourite tour and why? I like How's It Going because since all I have seen are concerts on vcd/dvd this one seems like they had the most energy out of the ones I had seen. They all seemed happy and to me they way they acted is just Arashi to me.
14. Any favourite choreographed dances from their songs (both TV performances and concerts included)? Name as many as you want; small parts from certain songs (as opposed to the entire dance) are fine too!
I liked their dance for Sakura Sake when they performed on Music Fighter, I love the dance in the Arashi PV and I like the dance for Jam. Oh and Top Secret was hot. Ohno danced so good!
15. (Optional) Which is your favourite pairing and why? Jun/Aiba, I don't know but for me it is like the only one that makes sense and then it isn't even that popular...*cries*
16. (Optional) Which is your least favourite pairing and why? Sho/Aiba, I just can't picture them together. I don't know who would take the first step or even who is seme or uke.

Um... well i first noticed Jun when i was in Japan earlier this year, but i didn't get into them till abour March of this year

i saw jun on tv promoting tokyo tower with myhusbandomg junichi okada, and i found out he was in arashi after buying a few mags

5. When/How did you start liking them?
it wasn't really until i watched Stand Up! and fell in love with Nino (SHUDDUP) that i decided to give them a go. I then went and bought Iza Now and i was hooked.

6. Who is your favourite member? Why?
Nino. Because he gets NO love and Riidaa loves him AHAHA

7. Who is your least favourite member? Why?
Um... Guess it would have to be MatsuJun. It's not that i don't like him, but he's kinda boring. And his voice... um. yeah.

8. Why do you like this group in particular?
They're all really close and the fact they constantly smex each other pwnz. And because Nino. XD

Nyshal, i would remember her telling me about them along with all her boy bands and i would be like "uh huh.. yeah..whatever"

I think from their tv variety shows and their concerts... their personalities and how comfortable they were with each other just won me over.

Ohno Satoshi, I see a lot of myself in him but i'm narcissistic. Actually i really don't know, its more of a feeling thing.

I would say none of them but if someone was threating my life and just HAD to know.. Sho or Jun.. cause they like attention a little bit too much. I can never see Arashi being arashi if one of them left, cause i love them all together very much!

When they're all together.. who knows what can happen? That, and whenever they fight, its so childish that they end up laughing in the end.

Te Agero- Just listen to it.. how can it not be a favorite! Jam- its fast paced the solo's meld with one another.. ahh.. its a great one.

Kotoba Yorl Taisetsu Na Mono - Take Arashi and drop them in a random place, then film. Instant favorite! (the flower stealing was a major deciding factor)
Lucky Man - Besides the shekxy-ness of the video, the dance number on the water was incredible. They should do that dance in a live performance.. so i can see it all together.
Hadashi No Mirai - Arashi being silly is never a bad thing.

12. Which is your least favourite PV?
Um.. i would guess Kangeki Ame Arashi, cause they're in sweaters for one.. and um.. they seem to be in a bored daze wondering when this music video will end.. I love the song, but the PV of it... eh

I can't really say cause i've only seen dvd's of Iza Now and How's it going?
