It's from Obata-san :D I guess the Hosogoe guy wrote for English emails and the Obata guy wrote for Japanese emails XD;; Or may be... it's Obata Hosogoe XD;;; But i'm still glad that they reply. Then they know how many fans are supporting our riidaa! ♥

Yeah, I got that too. I was actually really impressed. I was like, "Man, if I knew there was this kind of customer service... I would have moved to Japan and bought a phone!"

(But maybe you should just give the gist of it if it says not to copy emails. Especially since most of us got it anyway. Would not want you in trouble! :D)
