I have an idea few minutes ago.
We want to express our support to Ohno, right?
Well, read the cut to know how can you do it ;)

The idea is simple:

Just post this image in all your entries from now on, in community or personal journal.

I know is kinf of huge but I make another samller

It's a way to say to all the people who visit our journals, tnat we're are with him. We love him and we're trying to give our support in all the ways!
If you would like, you can use it as a icon. The principal idea for the campaing, is our voice run trough the internet, by americans, europeans, asians, etc! Let's show our ideas with this pic.
I know is not an amazing work with photoshop, but the idea is the most important!

Please, the people who is interested, just do it! You don't need to leave a comment if you don't want, just... let's spread this message for all the internet. Let them know how much we support him and it doesn't matter in what part the world we are!

WATASHITACHI WA HITOTSU DESU!
(We are one)

Thanks for your attention ^^

Comments are love if you want to say something about this.

EDIT-

Fixed =D
And I'm sorry ^^U

You've got to be kidding me... It's a nice idea, but you could have done with a grammar check before you made those images. Even if you put your support on livejournal, Ohno doesn't read your livejournals and he never will so what's the point? I understand the other things that people have come up with (like posting on the Maou site) but this just seems superfluous.

Doing this won't help Ohno at all. It won't garner international attention. So what's the point of doing it?

I hate to sound like a mean ol' killjoy, but I agree.

You're welcome. If you want, I can do a spell/grammar check for your post too. It might help people take it a bit more seriously.

And thank YOU for not biting my head off or getting defensive about it.

Woah. Isn't that a tad bit uncalled for? It's the thought that counts, man.

It's my opinion and I thought I was pretty polite about it. Yes, it's the thought that counts, but I'd prefer if it people put a bit more thought into it. Like I said, it's a nice idea and if people want to do this then go for it, but I'm not the only one who's sick to death of seeing things about this whole scandal.

If you believe in him, write in. Show your support by sending letters or emails, comment on the Maou site. There are tons of ways that you could support Ohno and these ways would actually reach him and may actually make a difference.

This particular post should be in an LJ to be passed among friends, not in a community that is already bogged down with posts about this whole thing.

I have to say I agree with this too. Anyway, I don't see how showing that Ohno has lots of crazy fans (and I count myself as one, because I almost contemplated writing a message to the Maou website too >.>) who will stick by him no matter what will help.

The support can help stop JE from doing anything drastic about Ohno IF there was enough response and IF they see it. The best way to do this is to spam Japanese sites that are directly connected to him, like the Maou site or any other JE sites etc.

Posting on lj about it or having certain banners, won't help anything and to be honest, I'm sick of seeing all the stuff for this scandal.

From: [identity profile] lullabyeforyou.livejournal.com
Ah, that is true. If you think it would help then by all means, go ahead. Just try not to spam the comms too much is all. I did think it was a nice idea even if it's not something I would do.

They've got some ways posted in earlier entries. You should check them out.

And I just had to miss this comment before making mine. -_- Sorry.

But I don't think there's that many Japanese people on Livejournal, they have their own blog sites after all.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear enough, I meant that I couldn't see how overseas support (especially ones unconnected with their Asian tour) will help. For JE and the other sponsers, they'd be more concerned with what the Japanese feel and not the Americans after all, considering that that's where they consider their customer base is. I don't like this of course, because anxiety's always worse when you can't really do anything about it >.<, but I really don't think we (as foreigners) can really do anything right now.

Also I'm not sure that JE would do anything drastic about Ohno, considering the Truth single's still going to come out; but I suppose that they could still cancel it if the outcry is loud enough.

From: [identity profile] lullabyeforyou.livejournal.com
I don't think they will until there's absolute proof of anything? Ohno and Arashi make JE a shitload of money, so they won't rush into anything drastically, I don't think.

Ah, I misunderstood. My bad. It's true that foreign support may not be able to do so much because we're their main market, but if you can get people from China to go nuts on it, JE would listen *laughs* They make a lot of money from China.

From: [identity profile] cacti-lover.livejournal.com
It's alright, reading over my comment I wasn't very clear either. I agree, the people who can really make a difference now would be Japan, China, and Korea.

The problem is that the pressure to do something is a lot worse now that they are so popular. >.< I'm sure that's why the timing's so cursed convenient too.

From: [identity profile] lullabyeforyou.livejournal.com
That's also true, but out of the ones that JE have gotten rid of... they tend to be from the less popular bands or ones that are retired. Jin raised a shitload of trouble and only got sent to the States for a year before his "triumphant" return. I'm hoping that Arashi's selling power and the fact that Ohno is the best singer will work in his favour rather than against him.

Too bad we're not all in the East, eh?

Date: 2008-07-30 02:15 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] cacti-lover.livejournal.com
Actually, what did Jin do anyway? I wasn't in the KAT-TUN fandom until after he got back, so I have no idea what actually happened besides the official story that he's gone for language studies, and the interviews that say that the rest of the members didn't know anything and felt surprised and betrayed that he wanted to go. Do you have any links?

Yes, it is too bad! I'm actually living in the 'east', but I doubt JE would care what a New Zealand fangirl would think >.> I hope you're right that Arashi's popularity would mean JE will stay with them.

There are various things going around, but the one thing I know for sure is that he pissed off his senpai royally. I'm not a fan of KT (to put it mildly), so I don't have anything of the links saved. I know that he stirred up shit during press conferences, didn't do a good job of hiding his women etc. Personally, I don't really think it was a choice for him to go, but that's just an opinion.

Oh you're from New Zealand? ....lots of snakes there... *makes a face* I hope I'm right too.

Date: 2008-07-30 07:40 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] cacti-lover.livejournal.com
Actually, there are no snakes in New Zealand. It's forbidden to bring them in from overseas, and New Zealand's largest native predator is a bird. ^_^;

But really, I had no idea that he did all that O.O Especially the whole women thing, considering how much flak Takaki got for having a girlfriend. Well, it's not like I knew anything about what happened around the time he left anyway.

*hopes with you that the scandal will blow over*

*butting in*
I don't think JE is going to do anything to Ohno or Arashi, Ohno denied both charges and Johnny san supports his denial. Arashi's sponsers are the ones who are doing the drastic stuff.

Hmm....it's a nice idea. =)
But I wonder if it'll just call more attention to the scandal--I mean, if I post this in some non-Arashi, non-Ohno comm, and the people there only have a vague idea of Ohno or even none at all, they might think "I wonder what's going on" or "who is this guy, what did he do?" And then they'll perhaps find the pictures and associate Ohno with the scandal rather than considering him any sort of victim.
Well, I dunno...just a postulation.
In any case, support is always good. =)
