Channels for Arashi TV Shows

Hi!
I`m currently in Japan and I would like to watch the Arashi Variety Shows here. 
I already found the Channel for Arashi no Shukudai-kun, but I can`t seem to find the others, especially since I can`t be in the Internet for a long time. 
Can someone tell me the TV Station and the airtime for VS Arashi and Himitsu no Arashi-chan.

It`s really great, but so hot!
But it`s great watching all the things live on TV or seeing ads on the streets ( a lot of Arashi... :)

if you can read japanese i recommend getting a tv bros or tv guide magazine, i would to recommend to get tv guide as there they have listing of appearance for stars such as arashi~ have fun!
