It's been confirmed that Arashi will be part of a new program called "嵐の宿題くん (Arashi no Shukudai-kun)", and they will be co-hosting it with Ogura Tomoaki. It's going to be one of those variety shows where they have guests come onto the show and have talks with them. The only thing I can't seem to find for certain is the time-- It'll be aired on Mondays for sure, but I've seen reports of it starting anywhere from 11:15 PM to 11:30 PM. I'll keep looking, though. Starting from October 2nd, Sho will start his new role as one of the newscasters on the program "NEWS ZERO", which airs at 10:54 PM from Monday to Thursday, then 11:30 PM on Fridays. He wouldn't just be reporting on the news, either-- he has to have a thorough understanding of the contents of each news and use an obvious, easy to understand way to present them to the audience.
The producer explained that it wasn't because Sho is a popular idol from Johnny's that he chose him to be a newscaster, but because he admires the way Sho thinks, and hopes he can convey his own interpretations to the audience. Sho's been hoping to participate in news-related programs since he was in university, so this counts as the first step towards realizing that dream of his. [ source ]
Arashi will be holding concerts in Korea on November 11th and 12th of this year. Apparently, this is a first for JE-- although V6 had made appearances in concert events hosted in Korea before, no one in Johnny's has ever held an actual solo concert there. The arena that their concerts will be held in holds about 7,000 people. [ source ]
