Help with Fieldwork research

Just wondering if any of you can help me out with a fieldwork project I have to do for my Uni m(n___n)m I'm doing research on JE & its fans and it'd be awesomely helpful if some fans filled out my survey. It's pretty short and shouldn't take all that much time.
