Question - La Tormenta studio?

I'm trying to organize my iTunes and update info and such.  I have a couple versions of La Tormenta -- one being a studio recording but I don't know what album/single it's from.  I got it from Arashian files originally and it's labeled "La Tormenta 2001" but the site is down and I can't double check.  Is it the same version as listed on the 5x5 Best Of collection?  Thanks!
