huhu..that the highest price it could be. And it is for kokuritsu. I think for the other domes, the price is cheaper than that..
me too..i cant afford the price..maybe should look at the other domes next time..huhu

For domes I don't think the price will be much cheaper. Especially Tokyo Dome, I am guessing the price will be about the same. It's possible that you can get a cheaper ticket for Sapporo or Fukuoka dome since they are usually less popular. Last year Sapporo tickets went down to about 20,000yen, however this site looks like it raises the prices for foreign buyers (as opposed to the price you can get it in Japan) plus this year the tickets are even harder to get than last year, so I guess the prices will also be higher. My guess would be 30,000 - 50,000 even for Sapporo and Fukuoka.

This is just a guess from previous experience, but I thought the information might be helpful.

It's hard for people inside Japan too actually :( This year especially, so many people didn't hit for Kokuritsu (myself included) and I'm sure the domes are going to be just as bad.

The way that the tickets work is there is a raffle within the fanclub. Fanclub members ballot for tickets and the people who hit the tix are chosen from within those people. So, technically all 70,000 seats (in the case of Kokuritsu) are filled by Fanclub members who hit for tickets. However, not everyone in the fanclub is a real fan. As you can see from ticket sites such as the one which you posted about. The people who are selling their tickets for such high prices are scalpers who are members of the fanclub. They hit for tickets, taking the seats away from real fans who could have hit in their place and are selling them for high prices in order to make money. The original price of the tickets is 7000yen for 1 ticket.

What I meant by "so many people didn't hit" is that now there are over 800,000 people in the fanclub, so out of all the people who applied for Kokurtisu tickets 100s of thousands of real fans were not able to get tickets and are forced to either give up or pay these horrible prices to buy the tickets from scalpers.

Arashi should have their own fanclub ne..being mixed like this just made us feel horrible when it comes to time like this~

They do have their own fanclub. The problem is that there are people who join it only to make money off selling the tickets. Sorry my explanation is not very good ;^^

But yes, the fact that scalpers take away tickets from the real fans is very depressing.

Yeah, recently the fanclub has been growing at an incredible rate. For a little bit of reference, when I joined three years ago there were about 200,000 people. Last year at around this time there was 500,000 people, and this year once the tour was announced it jumped up to over 800,000.

I'm not sure if their popularity will keep growing like this or if it will die down a bit, but actually I am kind of hoping it will die down a bit. Of course I am proud of them for all of their success, but I have a feeling that a lot of people are just becoming fans because its the "cool" thing to do nowadays. People really like to jump on the bandwagon here in Japan, so if everyone is an Arashi fan they feel like they should be fans too.
